Ukulele Day 05 In Mold

Today, we prepare heel block, end block as shown.

We need to adjust the surface so that these blocks' surface touch the side perfectly.

We draw a pencil line to outline the excess.

Then, we sand out the curve with sanding machine

We test all pieces -> side, heel, end block.

We use newspaper to protect the excess glue with mold.

After we've checked all surface, we glue them up.
The excess glue, we need to wipe it out right now, at this step. Otherwise, it is very difficult to remove it out when it dries.

We use spring clamp to hold the side together.
